Alpine Wine Dinner at Coco Bar & Bistro

Coco Bar & Bistro opened their doors to the famished masses on January 26th, offering up a selection of dishes from the Alpine region of Europe. Each dish was complemented with an outstanding wine made from traditional grape varietals, ranging from Grüner Veltliner to Zweigelt. As always, if you weren’t able to make it out to this lavish affair, be sure to make reservations for the next one! In the meantime, all of the wines poured during dinner will be available in our online store.

Greek Wine Dinner at Coco Bar & Bistro

Coco Bar & Bistro played host to dozens of adventurous Buffalo wine enthusiasts willing to brave the snow and join Gates Circle Wine & Liquor for a night of great food and awesome company. We were joined by Sortiris Bafitis, portfolio manager for the wine on offer, who happily shared anecdotes about winemaking traditions in Greece and his love of olive oil from his native country. Riveting!

Billecart-Salmon Champagne Tasting

There are many ways to spend a Monday evening after a dreary day at the office, but we reckon spending it with a glass of sparkling wine from the oldest continuously family-owned Champagne house in France is near the top of the list. Clement Calleja, Billecart-Salmon’s brand ambassador, was kind enough to spend his evening with us, sharing the story of the label and the family behind it. Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve and Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé have long been staff favorites, and from the turn out, a lot of you enjoy it just as much.
