Gruet Brut Rose Wine: a beautiful garnet in color, and has a delicate, fine mousse and rich, fruit flavors. This full-bodied sparkler starts with floral and berry aromas which introduce flavors of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. It then proceeds to finish delicately with zesty acidity.
Bohigas Reserva Brut Cava: a pale straw yellow in color with golden hues and small, persistent bubbles. The nose is full of white fruit aromas, especially apple and pear, backed by citrus peel, white flowers, and some spicy bakery notes. In the mouth, it is pleasantly acidic with a creamy feeling from the bubbles and the white fruit and spice notes from the nose.
