Perfectly Tuned Taste

Jose Cuervo Especial is a joven Tequila – a blend of reposado and younger tequilas. Especial has a light gold hue with sweet and pleasant agave notes. The flavor is sweet with a hint of oak and vanilla and the finish is well-balanced, short, and smooth.
Bunraku Nihonjin No Wasuremono Yamahai Junmai Sake
We also have liquor tastings throughout the month as well. This month, we’ll be tasting products from Black Button Spirits and Saint Lawrence Spirits. These both are great local NY state distillers with products very popular with our customers. Both distillers regularly bring out new products as well create limited edition specialty products based their customer’s interest. Both use locally grown grains for across NY state.
And as a special event for our customers, we will be holding “Sauvignon Blanc Day” at the end of the month. Held on Thursday, we will be tasting ½ a dozen of our Sauvignon Blanc wines from around the world and offering our customers a 20% discount all day or our entire selection of Sauvignon Blanc wines when you shop in the store. We carry more than 50 Sauvignon Blanc wines and this is a great chance for you experience the difference in taste from the main growing regions around the world.

La Vieille Ferme Réserve Rosé Brut Sparkling Wine: Delicate peach core with seductive raspberry hints and fine exquisite bubbles. A first nose of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry), giving way to a perfect balance between freshness, acidity and roundness. The notes of citrus (pomelo) and white flowers will allow you to serve this wine for all occasions. A blend of Grenache noir, Cinsault, and Pinot noir.
Gruet Brut Rose Wine: a beautiful garnet in color, and has a delicate, fine mousse and rich, fruit flavors. This full-bodied sparkler starts with floral and berry aromas which introduce flavors of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. It then proceeds to finish delicately with zesty acidity.
Bohigas Reserva Brut Cava: a pale straw yellow in color with golden hues and small, persistent bubbles. The nose is full of white fruit aromas, especially apple and pear, backed by citrus peel, white flowers, and some spicy bakery notes. In the mouth, it is pleasantly acidic with a creamy feeling from the bubbles and the white fruit and spice notes from the nose. The balanced finish harmonizes the acidity and leaves a fresh sensation in its wake.
Willm Blanc de Blanc Brut: It is a pale yellow in color with a nice brilliance and persisting mousse. This sparkling wine offers an expressive nose full of fresh fruits, apple peaches and apricots. There is a nice maturity and ripe fruit on the palate with a crisp acidity and good fruity balance.
Treviso Prosecco Wine: Sparkling wine with delicate fruity aromas and notes of sweet almonds with the grape variety’s typical bitter finish. In the mouth is fresh and round and quite persistent.
Tresa Il Grillo Di Santa Tresa Brut Spumante Wine: gentle bubbles and a fresh fruity nose with hints of citrus and floral notes. On the palate the wine is very well balanced, gentle and soft with a refreshing burst of acidity and spectacular fruity notes.
Champagne Montaudon Brut :The nose is initially very expressive, delivering floral aromas, then of ripe fruits such as pear and apple. The attack is clear and straight-forward. It develops a symphony of a fresh fruit taste throughout the experience.The Champagne consists of 25 % Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 20% Reserve wines.
Millesime Andre Clouet Brut Champagne: s mostly Pinot, with 30-40% Chardonnay.”taste: Ripe cherry, plum, strawberry, raspberry, mushroom, apple, pear, peach, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, kiwi, butter, cream and vanilla
Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve: Its blend is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from three different years, sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. The wine is maturity touched with floral freshness that breathes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears. It has s full and accurate flavour combined with a fine freshness and a rich bouquet.
