Vicky's Baked Potato Salad |

Wine Pairing Leonard Oak's Traminette $14.99
Ingredients:
5lb bag of red or white potatoes 4-5 stalks of celery 1/2 to a whole green pepper 1/2 red onion 1 and 1/2 cups mayo 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 24oz shredded cheddar cheese 2 lbs bacon 1 bunch of chives, chopped salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cube potatoes and boil until fork tender Dice all veggies to equal size Combine mayo, sour cream, vinegar, salt and perpper. Whip together until creamy consistency is reached. Fry up the bacon. Mix the potatoes, veggies, and mayo combo while the potatoes and still slightly warm. Top with diced bacon, cheese, chives, salt, and pepper.
