Good Life Cider Pommel Aperitif is made with young apple spirits custom distilled at Finger Lakes Distillery in Lodi, NY. Blended with unfiltered Golden Russet, Dabinett, and Margil Juice, aged in American Oak bourbon and whiskey barrels. This aperitif is 70% fresh juice, 30% apple spirits. Spirits are distilled to 135 proof. 

Tasting Notes: Still. Fortified with apple spirits. Velvety layers of dark cherry, anise and bourbon.
