wrapped_kielbasaIngredients:

1 package of puff pastry-thawed
1 package Kielbasa-cut in half to make 2 long rolls
1 egg yolk

Preparation:

Precook Kielbasa and cool.
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Beat egg yolk and brush Kielbasa with egg wash on all sides. Roll out puff pastry and roll each Kielbasa until covered. May have to cut pastry to fit. Tuck ends in neatly, and place on a baking sheet seam side down. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Slice into bite size pieces and serve with mustard dip.
