Apertif: Tenuta Rapitala Grillo Wine paired with

assorted hors d'oeuvres


First Course: Terre Dora Falaghina paired with grilled

salt & pepper tuna,

argula pesto and citrus risotto.


Second Course:  Tormaresca Neprica paired with

grilled vegetable calzone

with a roasted red pepper dipping sauce.


Third Course:  Scinniri Rosso paired with duck ragout,

spiced peppers over pasta

with blood orange braised chipolini onion relish.


Dessert:  Nicchia Sparkling Lambrusco paired

with toasted pound cake,

cannoli cream, raspberry amaretto cream.

Menu:

Aperitif:  Jacob's Creek Sparkling Wine paired with assorted hors d'oeuvres

First Course:  Razors Edge Un-Oaked Chardonnay paired with "Shrimp on the Barbie".  Grilled shrimp, red onion marmalade, prawn aioli and citrus.

Second Course:  Nine Stones Shiraz (Barossa Valley) paired with turkey sausage and lentil soup, sweet potato and dried cranberry salad.

Third Cousre:  Mollydooker Cabernet Sauvignon (The Maitre d') paired with Lamb Pot au Feu, red wine jelly, lamb lollipops, wild berry bread pudding & Chartreusse and pistachio dressing.

Dessert:  Angove Sparkling Moscato paired with roasted peach ice cream with pink peppercorn & rhubarb syrup.
